Responsibilities:
- Liaison between Client and Company
- Developing project timelines and following established workflows.
- Help to ensure client satisfaction following established company protocols.
- Monitoring project progress and reporting status to senior management and shareholders
- Input into our appraisal platform to assist the Project Manager with estimating and budgeting.
- Schedule inspections and appointments when necessary.
- Scheduling deliveries of materials and equipment to meet project timelines
- Maintain a detailed, up to date and accurate record of all aspects of the project by utilizing our established protocols and systems.
- Monitoring and reporting on job progress to Project Managers
- Monitoring the file to ensure that all necessary documentation is included.
- Preparing project documentation, including reports, plans, and schedules
- Create Billing and send with Appropriate Documentation
- Assist with intake of new jobs and emergencies while dispatching crews.
Experience Required:
- We are looking for a highly organized and competent Construction Coordinator to oversee and facilitate various construction projects.
- Our ideal candidate has an understanding of construction procedures, exceptional project management skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in gathering job metrics and reporting work in progress.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills a plus.
